Hello LAP Team,
We are excited to host your students at Future Braves Academy on Friday, April 25th from 9:00-11:00am. We had to change the date for Future Braves Academy due to testing. Here are a few more details to help you coordinate accordingly:
Time – We are planning for your arrival around 9am with an 11:00am departure.
Transportation – Potter will arrange transportation for all sites. Live Oak walks over. Let us know of any accommodations for students.
Permission Slips – Please see the attached permission slips for Future Braves Academy, feel free to make a copy to make any updates.
Review the following information for your site and let us know if we need to make any changes:
Esquivel: 2 students (2 staff members)
Herter: 27 students (2 staff members)
Leonard: 30 students (2 staff members)
Ostroske: 27 students (2 staff members)
Also, our Future Braves Parent Night for incoming 7th grade students will be taking place Wednesday, April 23rd from 5:30-6:30pm. Flyers are attached, please share with all your 6th grade families.
