Volunteer Opportunities

We appreciate and welcome volunteers!
If you would like to volunteer at our school or in your child's classroom, FUESD requires the following forms to be completed and a current TB test clearance to be on file.  TB test dates are good for 4 years.  Please stop by the school office to return these forms and TB test to the school secretary.  Thank you again for wanting to volunteer at our school and to make a difference!
  • Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test administered by a healthcare provider (home tests will not be accepted) within 24 hours of volunteering, (volunteers have the option to participate in a Rapid COVID test at a school, immediately prior to volunteering. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled reporting time to allow time to test and wait for results),
  • Proof of a negative TB test
  • Copy of State Identification
  • Once uploaded, the site Secretary will review the volunteer application and documents.
  • Sites will then approve or deny applications and communicate to volunteer applicants.
Please visit to fill out the Volunteer application and submit your documents.
Please take a moment to read the information below:
